Meet Jimmy Z

My Sales Story

You've seen what happens when a sales team competes on price. Proposals go out, prices come back, clients shop around, and good producers start to feel like order-takers.

Jimmy Z spent 23 years as a commercial lines carrier representative calling on independent insurance agencies across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. He sat across from agency principles, walked the floors with producers and CSRs, and watched firsthand what separated the agencies that grew for the ones that plateaued.

It wasn't their markets. It wasn't their appetite. It was how their people showed up in a sales conversation.

That experience became the foundation for The SALES TEAM EXPERIENCE - an in-person training program built entirely from the realities of the independent agency world, not adapted from a generic sales model. 

Jimmy is also the author of Sales Perspective, the book that codifies the ESP Method and the FIVE Cs process that anchors all of his training. He brings those same tools directly to your team, on-site, in the language of your industry.
